is your view of risk one-sided?
It's all risky.
When pursuing anything that doesn’t follow a traditional journey, there’s risk involved. We all know this.
Narratives similar to this might run through your mind:
What if it doesn’t work out?
What if I lose money?
What if my friends or peers think I’ve lost my mind?
What if it’s too hard for me to learn?
What if they slam the door shut in my face?
ngl, all of those are possibilities and I've experienced many myself. (Pursuing an acting career forces you to create a whole toolkit for dealing with rejection, lol)
And yeah, it'll hurt, be frustrating, and scary.
But guess what? Everything in life is a risk. Even (and maybe especially) the things you don’t do.
It's all risky.
I saw this snippet of a Jim Rohn speech on IG and it’s a great reminder about life, risk, and how often our perspectives are one-sided.

We have a line in the permissionLESS manifesto about risk taking, but since risks look different to every person, sometimes reminders like this are all that's needed for a little s h i f t.
